Care & Use

Cooking

Each time you cook, gently preheat the pan over low-to-medium heat and coat the interior with a little oil or fat to activate the NoCo nonstick technology.
Titanium Pro cookware is heat and oven safe up to 535°C* for chef-level searing, browning, caramelisation, and cooktop-to-oven cooking.
Food will naturally release from the interior when properly cooked through. If it is still sticking, give it a little more time or decrease the temperature. Always use oil or fat.
Safe for use with metal, wood, or silicone utensils. Use caution. Handles and knobs may get hot during cooktop use or in the oven. Use heat protection when handling hot cookware.

Daily Maintenance

Dishwasher safe. Unlike traditional nonstick cookware, Titanium Pro cookware can safely go through the dishwasher.
Hand wash with a bristle brush and mild soap, scrubbing between the micro-dots to remove build-up.
Use a soft sponge on the exterior to maintain the stainless steel finish and avoid scratches. To remove fingerprints, apply a little white vinegar and buff with a soft cloth.
To maintain nonstick performance, rub 5 mL of neutral oil over the interior after cleaning and before storage, or any time food begins to stick.
Always allow cookware to cool fully before cleaning. Avoid extreme temperature changes.

Keep It Like New

To remove food build-up, stubborn residue, or oil stains, make a paste of baking soda and vinegar and scrub the interior. You can also deglaze on the cooktop with boiling water and 30–45 mL of baking soda.
Normal use, especially with metal utensils, can create light cosmetic marks on the interior surface that do not affect cooking performance.

For a Deeper Clean

Boil 250 mL water, 250 mL baking soda, and 250 mL vinegar for 5 minutes.
Scrub with a bristle brush, rinse, and dry completely.
Rub a thin layer of oil over the surface, heat on medium for 5 minutes, then let cool. Wipe off any excess before storing.
Repeat as needed to restore nonstick performance.

Yes, Our Place’s titanium pans are nonstick thanks to the coating-free NoCo® technology present on our Titanium Pro cookware. It is the very first of its kind, setting a new standard in stainless steel and non-toxic cookware as a whole. It uses ultra-durable titanium to create an interior surface that is tough by design. Mimicking the Lotus Effect (the phenomenon of water droplets forming on leaves, rather than being absorbed), the pattern pressed into the titanium makes the interior naturally hydrophobic, which in turn creates a nonstick effect. The surface simultaneously sears (really well, we might add), while the sunken pockets create airflow and a nonstick experience.

We refined the NoCo interior with a finer micro-texture. The smaller, tighter pattern leaves less room for food and oil to collect, making the cookware easier to clean. The underlying materials, technology, and cooking performance remain the same.
